What a donation is
Donations support the running costs and development of ReasonWild. In return you receive virtual in-game items. They have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money.
- Final and non-refundable. All donations are final. We do not offer refunds, including if your account is banned for breaking the rules.
- Check your username. Items are delivered to the username you enter. We can't move items to a different account if you mistype it.
- Delivery. Log in and type ::claim. Items are delivered digitally in game. Delivery is not instant if the game server is offline.
- Chargebacks and disputes. Opening a PayPal dispute, chargeback or claim for a completed donation, without first contacting staff, results in a permanent ban of the account(s) involved and removal of the items received.
- Records. To prevent fraud and handle disputes we keep a record of each donation: the username, time, PayPal transaction ID, IP address, and when the items were claimed.
- Age. You must be 18 or older, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to donate.
- No guarantees. ReasonWild is a hobby project provided as-is. We can't guarantee uptime, that the server will run forever, or that game content will stay the same.
- Not affiliated. ReasonWild is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Jagex Ltd.
